New Anointing Church, 10681 N. Highway 87 in Orange, will hold an old-fashioned gospel singing at 7 p.m.
on Friday, July 30. This is open-mike singing, so bring your favorite gospel song on tape, CD, or bring your
musical instrument. Singers are welcome to have musicians accompany you.  This will be a wonderful evening

Christian Church of Port Arthur/Groves,
5505 25th St. in Groves, will celebrate its fifth annual First Lady
Day Service at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 1.

Single Christian Connection, an outreach ministry of Cathedral in the Pines, has several events planned for
singles in July. Gene Edwards will conduct a study on “The Tale of Three Kings” Wednesdays in July from 6:45
to 8 p.m. in the Red Oak Room of Best Value Inn, 2525 N. 11th St. in Beaumont
. Come and fellowship at the
potluck. Singles Christian Connection is designed for emotional and spiritual healing, reaching out to single
adults of all ages and faiths. Our program is designed to meet the needs of widowed, divorced, single moms,
single dads, and never married. Come and meet men and women who have found this class to be the answer

Craig Nedrow Ministries will host Stand Up For Jesus at 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 31 at the Allen Event

Nedrow and Promise Keepers speaker Rick Rigsby and Covenant Church of McKinney pastor Michael

St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 7911 Dandy St. in Houston, will host Marvelous Mondays series
